If a product is not readily available 'off the shelf', we have the facilities to make any shape and size of fastener in most grades of material, in most types of thread and in any type of protective coating and finish.

In addition to bolt forgings, we also manufacture hot bent bar, flattened and pierced bars and shaped billets for subsequent machining.

We have longstanding relationships with material stockholders and specialist providers of protective coatings, heat treatment and stainless steel cleaning services. Our network of strategic partnerships with local suppliers allows us to offer a fast, efficient response.

Finishes

When bolts are supplied with a protective coating finish, threads can either be undercut prior to coating to allow for the coating thickness, or left as standard. The appropriate nut would then be supplied as tapped standard or oversize.

Nuts and Washers

As part of our service, Universal Boltforgers can also supply matching nuts and a full range of washers obtained from approved sources.

When galvanized products are ordered with nuts, it is our policy to supply products with nuts assembled. This ensures a 100% correct fit and that the product is fit for purpose.
